melancholic and ironic "electro clash" record that mixes beats, keyboards and acoustic guitars with girl harmonies, the highlights being The Argument (about two girls insulting each other constantly), Boys (being in love with boys just for their bodies), DIY (play on words with love, DiY art and breaking (he)arts)) . they did a mini LP before that was understated and beautiful but never did better than 1 or 2 song by LP. Disguises is their masterpiece.
a really cool summer record to chill out but also to dance too, great and hilarious lyrics about smoking cigarettes and your dad cooking crystal meth and a few melancholic numbers about being in love with women
a very touching but funny album about being rejected, breaking up, being lonely and other relationships with simple and minimal melodies played on a very few instrument, a minimal soul record with touch of tropicalia with 80's keyboard. His voice is really eccentric and beautiful. Sean Nicholas Savage has published at least 9 LPs, doing a different record every time : he explored folk music and indie pop in the past even disco and electro pop.
