5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Simpsons, 24 Dec 2001
Fine this may be the first episodes ever made and are a bit of the colour but if you want to know how it all started then this collection is for you. All the fave bits are in there such as how bart loves Krusty or how the simpsons got their dog and Homer's somewhat misguided views of marges sisters. With simpsons on the tele virtually every day (If you got sky) the shows are getting a bit of pace and losing the sparkle the show had before but if you want to remember the classics then you should buy this boxset. I own about 16 single videos of the simpsons plus year 2 part 1 and 2 but this is still my fav collection. And the first episode roasting on a open fire is still the first and my all… Read more

This a film that as its ups and downs but overall this is one of patrick swayze's better films.Dalton is the best bouncer in the business and he is asked to clean up the mess by Wesley and his goons.1 by 1 he knocks of wesley's goons and then gets ready for the final showdown.Along the way he falls in love with Wesley's ex who is a doctor at the local hospital. Then he asks his old pal for help and things then go from bad to worse. There is an execellent sound track and the film has good support from Jeff healey who plays Cody who used to sing at daltons old club. He shows why he is canada's number one musical export. The film is not as violent that it is made out to be there are some good… Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars The who at its best, 13 Feb 2001
This is a flm that offers some of the who's best music. Its pretty basic and goes straight to the action with My generation which shows the band members in true style destroying any instrumnents that they find. Then its to i cant explain and others.Theres a few concert showings with pinbal wizard,I'm free, see me feel me.Its a film that could have done with an interview or two but overall if you want to see the band in full glory then buy this film. The film ends with you guessed it won't get fooled again.Who's better who's best dose not offer the best collection of the who music and perhaps you might have to buy 1 or 2 more films to get the full feel of the who, but overall its worth buying… Read more
