I bought this very expensive pair of scales for two reasons. First, I suspected my old Salter scales were no longer very accurate, and second, because the other reviews raved about how they were accurate to the -nth degree on any surface and I couldn't go wrong. The manufacturers claim they will even work on carpets. Well, I was pleased to receive them, but not so pleased when I discovered that wherever I put them in the bathroom, they gave me a different reading. Ten attempts, and ten different readings. 1.0 out of 5 stars Very poor quality, 8 Jun 2012
I bought this towel because it was very big and I liked the colour. Before using it, I washed it as the experts say you should, with a gentle detergent and at 30 degrees. After I had used it a few times, I noticed that it was developing discoloured patches in several places, despite the fact that I had only used it for drying myself after a bath and it had never come into contact with any harsh chemicals. When I tried to get a replacement, I was met with a blank refusal. Very poor quality and service. Don't buy!

However, if you've yet to see these adaptations, don't let the paucity of improvements dissuade you from buying them because, for the most part, they're absolute crackers. The complete set comprises Adventures 1 and 2, Return, Casebook and Memoirs as well as the feature length films, and I'd agree with the widely-held view that the… Read more
