A fascinating and rare insight into the making of the classic Sinatra album "LA is my lady". Frank Sinatra, Quincy Jones and the band, are recording live, together in the same room! "A unique view of the consummate art of recording". In the words of Quincy Jones..." we came here armed with the best arrangements, the best songs, the best musicians (including George Benson), and the greatest singer in the world". Clearly it is a privilege to be an insider and to witness..The Best Of Everything!
Sound, and picture quality, are excellent... 65 minutes of Sinatra magic in this historic musical collaboration.

Perfect medley arrangements of 34 timeless classics associated with Frank Sinatra. A nostalgic singalong musical journey through the great melodies of Porter,Gershwin,Cahn,Jobim,Ellington and others. Fine effortless vocals, accompanied by Jack Emblow. This is style and class from a more elegant and sophisticated era. Just close your eyes, and enjoy the memories. (53mins.)

Once again Ross Mitchell, orchestra, and singers, provide a wonderful selection of popular songs in Strictempo for dancers, and all tracks are also perfectly produced for great listening pleasure too. Unlike some of the more staid dancing cds, these tracks are bright and imaginative, while still in perfect tempo. The Latin tracks ,such as Love Potion no9,are sharp and sexy and the Ballroom numbers such as Change Partners are sweeping and romantic, conjuring up images of Fred and Ginger. Keep dancing and listening to this excellent dance band.
