The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones [DVD] DVD ~ Lily Collins
If you haven't read the books then this will come across as an incoherent mess, lots off different elements are introduced without the background or explanation necessary for the plot lines to make sense. It seems as if several similar films have been randomly mixed together. Lily Collins is good but there is some wooden acting and a dreadful screenplay, probably fine for an undemanding teenage audience but best avoided otherwise - stick to the books!
Looking For Love In The Lost Land Of Dreams ~ Dave Brock
4.0 out of 5 stars Surprising!, 7 April 2014
This is a very varied and interesting album with many unexpected twists and turns, brim full of ideas that make you want to listen to it again. Some great stuff particularly on the second half of the album, I especially enjoyed Dreams, the version of Hawkwind's We Took The Wrong Step is excellent and I just hope people out there buy this as it deserves much wider recognition.
Brighton: A Very Peculiar History by David Arscott

I bought this for my brother, it is full of fascinating and witty facts, stories and articles plus amusing pictures, a great novelty read for any one with a passing interest in Brighton's past.
