I normally steer clear of books titled like this - as i am normally disappointed and this one was no exception.
From a fantastic cover shot you find the inside resembles your mothers cook books from the 1970's, the format of the page,
the colour photos make the book quite dull and uninspiring.
The recipes on the other hand (which is why we buy the book) are not too bad, a touch on the rambling side but all and all the
recipe works ok - if you understand fully the science behind the bread dough you can get pretty nice results.
What frustrates me is the book is supposed to be about bread and then you get a whole lot of other recipes that really are pretty
