OP/TECH Bino-Cam Harness - Webbing by Op/Tech
5.0 out of 5 stars Exceeded expectations, 6 Sep 2013
This is an excellent way to carry your binoculars. I've used this on extended walks over very rugged terrain. The binocs bounce around very little and are immediately accessible. In contrast to a neck strap - where you have to steady them on anything but the gentlest uphill or downhill sections - this was a vast improvement and gave no neck strain/pain at all. Of note is that the harness sits flat across your back so you can easily wear a rucksac on top. The clips are reassuring solid. Highly recommended!

The latter are very accurate, the former depend on how leisurely you are. The walks are accompanied by GPS coordinates, listed at the back of the book. I think these are also available for download, but I couldn't access them using the web address provided. The walks are accompanied by 1:50000 maps but would be better still if the GPS… Read more

This is the second case I've purchased for a Sony RX100. I originally bought a LowePro Rezo 30 which is a good size (and is regularly recommended for the RX100), but has a zipped access. This causes two problems - firstly access requires two hands and secondly you need to open it wide to avoid scratching the camera on the zip and - in doing this - there's a risk of the camera falling out.

In contrast this Crumpler Muffin Top 90 has a simple velcro'd flap closure and a soft lining. It comfortably accommodates the RX100 (including one modified by the addition of a Richard Franeic handgrip) and there's no danger of the camera falling out. In addition, there is a sort of internal lip… Read more
