The product is worth 5 stars, but having ordered it on the 18th May and receiving an email on the 23rd to say it has been dispatched, I did not receive it until the 3rd of July.
Hence the one star to get your attention.
I contacted the supplier on two occasions about delivery, and both times got a prompt reply.
On the second occasion, they said they had reordered the item, and consequently I received it within 10 days.
I believe the problem lies with Amazon's courier - YODEL.
