with the advertising campaign claiming the smoothest shave you can get i was expecting a lot from this razor.. especially considering the price.. to say i was disappointed is an understatement. even with the moisturizer and shaving gel this razor left me with terrible razor burn and cuts.. yes cuts.. i've been wet shaving since i was 16 and i shave my neck cheeks and head, so i'm no stranger to shaving and even with cheap 99p disposable razors i've never been lacerated like this razor did.. i read some of the other reviews and a few said you had to build up a toughness to this razor ( which kind of defeats the advertising claims ) but you'd need a skin like a rhino to put up with the… Read more

yes this is a heavy album to listen to.. but isnt that the point of industrial music? early pitch shifter were continuing the ground breaking work of godflesh and doing a good job of it.. if you think industrial means lots of keyboard based dance music.. you wont like this.. but if like me you think industrial should be guitar and drum machine based and crushingly heavy you'll apreciate this for what it is. true the album has dated a little and they werent the best musicians at the time, but for crushing slabs of riffing who needs to play that well. and seeing as now that they are all quite talented musicians they seem to want to sound like EMF.. i think i'll take the old days... all hail… Read more

The book was a fair stab ( no pun intended ) at displaying the 80's for the truly banal and narcissistic decade it was. The violence was the only thing that gave this rather dull book any press coverage and from day one it was obvious that there was no way the violence in this book could be transfered to film. so really all that was left was the life style obsessions and some rather sanitised murders. On top of that the dreadful idea of trying to play some of it for laughs. it falls foul of exactly what it set out to ridicule, all gloss no content.. give it a miss..
