Sawney - Flesh Of Man [Blu-ray] Blu-ray ~ Ricky Wood
4.0 out of 5 stars Well worth a watch, 21 Mar 2014
I can only agree with the majority of reviews here. Thoroughly enjoyable film. Scenery is magnificent, acting generally good. David Hayman plays the part of Sawney brilliantly. I saw from a recent interview with Hayman in Dark Side Magazine that he is a great supporter of home grown film makers and low budget films. Well done to him and I'm glad he agreed to appear in this film. He looks like he had a great time making his first horror movie.
Definitely recommend this one and for me, it will be one I will go back to and watch again.

The DVD is indeed of the Lizzy Dublin 83 gig, but the CD is of the Eric Bell Band live in Sweden in 1996!!!
Maybe I should have researched it before buying but I feel a little cheated by it to be honest. Would I have bought it if I… Read more

The Frail Tide Be'Lakor MP3 Download
5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant band!, 27 Feb 2014
It's taken we a while to take the plunge in buying this album. I Have bought Be'Lakor's albums in reverse order - as happens when you 'discover' them with their latest offering and you work backwards hoping each one is as good as the first you bought.
Well I needn't have worried - they just about have been.
'The Frail Tide' is a masterful Melodic Death Metal album that all lovers of the genre and Metal in general will love. It has it all.
I would liken them more to perhaps Insomnium or Omnium Gatherum - similarities, but their own band and with their own characteristics. The guys are all very accomplished musicians.
This album does show the early developments of what… Read more
