Expert Shield - THE Screen Protector for: Nikon D7&hellip by Expert Shield
5.0 out of 5 stars Spot on!, 15 Dec 2013
I've had a few makes of screen protector for phones but never has one been so accurately sized and easy to fit without bubbles etc as this one. Yes it's expensive for 2 little bits of plastic - but I'd be mortified if I scratched the rear screen. (not so sure about the top screen, I've had a D70 for 9 years and the top screen is still pristine)

All round I'm very happy with them.

Ok, so it was never going to be as bright as a 500 watt halogen but since we refused to use the halogen it's a great improvement! it quite sufficiently illuminates our "modern estate" back garden and at a fraction of the running cost. So now we can use the lamp as we are supposed to!

I considered a full lamp replacement - where I could get 20 30 or 50 watt led and I'm sure these would be better but in terms of cost and simplicity this fits the bill. As others have noted i did have to hack the reflector behind the bulb and remove the screw securing it to allow the bulb to sit far enough back for the contacts but apart from that it's perfect.
Star Wars Kinect - Kinect Required (Xbox 360) by Microsoft Studios
I wonder why i'm giving this 5 stars as I've never played it and have no intention of doing so. However the boys love it and it seems to be a nicely crafted implementation of connect beyond the original bundled games disk. So top marks for getting small boys away from thumb/finger twiddling lying around on bean bags!
