4.0 out of 5 stars pretty good, 1 Nov 2012
Sound is good - even at substantial volume; would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable system for their pc. I like it loud, so this has passed the test admirably. However - the reason for a reduction from 5 to 4 stars is this: although the original packaging was sound, the Amazon box was not so well padded and - as I ran up the garden at the sound of the courier's knocking, I was horrified to see him drop the parcel over my back gate. His excuse - no label to say it was fragile... Fortunately the speakers were not damaged, but, Amazon could you please ensure your couriers know what they're delivering before they drop them 8 feet down onto concrete paths...?

2.0 out of 5 stars let it gather dust, 1 Oct 2012
Don't bother to buy, let alone open, this book. I guess it could be useful to gather dust on an otherwise busy bookshelf. It's pure drivel.
