I have to say I could not out this book down. The characters were spot on and the storyline gripping throughout with non stop action. Heartily recommend to anyone.

made the basic mistake of not reading it properly and expected a lovely green frog - only to receive a pink mouse. Bit disappointed. Does the job though....

Like other people on here I thought this book was dreadful. It didn't hold my attention, I felt I 'had' to finish rather than want to and even then I thought have I missed something? I haven't passed this on to family as I normally do as I wouldn't want them to feel obliged to read it! It could have been typed into 100 pages max if it had not been large font and wide margins as the last reviewer has already stated. I found the characters fairly anonymous and because they were bland I had difficulty following who was who and just what was going on and why! Don't waste your money or time on this very, very poor Cornwell.
