My daughter saved up for this and was very impressed with it, in fact if she was reviewing it it would get 5 stars. But I am really unimpressed with the new charging port, we purchased a new speaker dock as a christmas present which she can not use at the moment until we find an adapator. Apple must have known this was going to cause a problem so why change it, the ipod is big enough to have kept the same connections.
My 12 year old daughter had been saving for over six months to buy this games console, it arrived and attached was a free gift of one month gold membership and 480 microsoft points. This was great until we tried to redeem them, and discovered they were two and a half months out of date. What is the point of giving a free gift with a time restriction on it for a game console. Shame on you Microsoft, such a large and profitable company should, if giving a gift, have no time restriction on it . On the positive the XBOX360 is excellent
I borrowed this book from our local library as my daughter wanted it, the pictures are lovely and the cakes do look beautiful. We tried the lemon cupcakes and the chocolate cupcakes, and were disappointed with both. The recipies were fussy and needed way too many ingredients for just simple cakes. The other problem was with the icing, now that did taste good but there was just way too much for the amount of cupcakes baked. Now we have tried the recipies I would not buy or recommend this book.
