5.0 out of 5 stars Very impressive., 20 July 2014
The Rainstormer jacket has a relatively simple design but it is clear that Columbia has put care into equipping it for the demands of a hill-walker.

The two pockets have large openings + are rectangular in shape which means that an OS Map can easily fit inside. The material around the chin is soft which feels comfortable when, for instance, you’re leaning forwards walking uphill. The jacket is also exceptionally light and also very ‘scrunchable’ so it takes up little room in your rucksack. You might also be suspicious about the waterproofness of Columbia’s ‘Omni-Tech’ compared to a GORE-TEX rain-jacket; indeed, my last Berghaus rain-jacket with their ‘AQ2’ technology was not… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple does the trick, 12 July 2014
The Sony Xperia M2 is an exceptionally thin phone so a protective case is a necessity.

POSITIVES - This case is simple + easy to apply. The fit is snug, feeling not too tight or loose. It is sturdy and protective; despite its cheapness, it is good quality. I feared that it would make my M2 more bulky but there is virtually no difference in the width. It still feels like a thin phone. Whereas without the case, the power button sticks out of the right side a little too much for my liking, the case makes that side straighter + reduces the chance of the button being knocked and turned on my accident (e.g. in your pocket). It also looks good. Some cases damage the original appearance… Read more

THE BOX SET. The box is a little weak; when I unwrapped the plastic, two of the edges were ripped making the structure flimsy and unattractive. Nevertheless, the books themselves look great. Compared to the other editions which have more colourful covers, the black covers make the books look more grown-up and so they look great on a bookshelf.

THE TRILOGY. Fast-paced and very easy to read. Relatively simple language (unlike classical literature...) yet powerful themes and descriptions from Katniss's experiences in the Hunger Games. I would recommend it most to the 15-25 age group because you can relate more to the adolescent themes circulating in Katniss's mind. Without giving… Read more
