1.0 out of 5 stars A Real Pain, 19 April 2013
Bought these spoons for my 8M old baby to replace some smaller early weaning spoons. i was first attracted to the lovely colours and brand name (a well known and popular brand) but I was fast wishing I hadnt bothered.
There are many reasons you need to rest your spoon on the side of the plate whilst feeding baby; to wipe their mouth, clean something else, move something, pick up something that has dropped etc. I realised that i couldnt rest the spoon inside the plate, they are designed in such a way that the back underside of the spoon is curved (not flat). The number of times I have dropped these annoying things adds to everything else my baby enjoys me pick up off the floor. You do… Read more
Small Unpicker - Stitch Ripper with clear lid by Whitecroft

3.0 out of 5 stars They're ok, 4 April 2013
im usually used to sharper more compact stitch pickers so these were a little surprise when received; they are medium sized and a bit too light for handling. The picker at the end is not sharp enough for dressmaking (where you sometimes need to use tiny stiches), they are ok for unpicking labels and larger stitches.
The lids keep popping off too, which is a bit annoying.
Overall, they are ok but you have to work a little harder to unpick smaller stitches.

I was happy to see a nice and compact box arrive with my travel system today! I have recently gotten rid of the Petite Star Charisma TS, a monster of a travel system (three tyres for wheels) so this was a breath of fresh air to see. I got rid of the Petite Star due to its large bulky heavy size, just terrible for public transport. I therefore was looking for a lighter ts which was still sturdy and strong.
The graco mirage ts is attractive and compact but has the feeling of a pretty sturdy buggy. The buggy took quite a bit of sheer force (im only 5'2'') to put together but we got there in the end. You will need a hammer for the rear wheels.
The car seat isnt as heavy as the petite… Read more
