Been using as a breakfast and mid afternoon snack. On days where I can train during the day I'm having it straight after and I've got to say, 6 weeks in of using this and eating healthy I've seen a massive change and 22LB loss!
I would say this has helped me more than I thought!
I'm training 4 days a week, 5 if I can fit it in, 45mins to and hour at a time.
Just 2 things I would say... Don't take this any time after 6pm or you will strugle to sleep! And if you don't like the taste by mixing it with water mix it with skimmed or 1% milk as that's what I've been doing.
Overal, great product and will continue to use
