You can feel the power here. You can feel the emotion. It's like the raw emotional sound from the black metal background mixed with the brutality of the death metal side. Plus you have to know Nergal has some strong feelings coming into this album.

It shines through. I will be listening to this for a very long time.

I mean, this is metal. Metallica? Girls. Lamb of God? Sissys. Deicide? Altar boys. This is the shiznit when it comes to brutal, full on metal.
Primal Agression instantly grabs you and doesnt let up beating your head, Outlined in Black slows things down a little, only for the rest of the album to scorch along at an almighty pace.
As mentioned above, the title track, Ghouls of Grandeur is amazing, the riffing/drumming combining to a molten soup of lava laden metal sludge that will cause haemoriging in any of your nu-metal loving friends (HA!, friends)
Buy this and do your ears a favour.
