In Search of Competence: The Incompetent and Somet&hellip by Jack Feeney
4.0 out of 5 stars A lot done...More to do!, 12 April 2006
Although this is a 'Business Humor' book and is funny, the section on RECRUITERS and the constant references to Recruitment Industry practices in Ireland is both informative and accurate. At the heart of this totally unregulated industry is one large recruitment firm controlling the market.

Anyone working in a modernday organisation will recognise the humor. The language is clear and the book itself is short (120 pages with Glossary) so it can be read in an afternoon. I enjoyed it but the humor is dark, deep and not everyones cup of tea.
Essentials of HRM by Shaun Tyson
Essentials of HRM by Shaun Tyson
Essential for the HRM student but not a practical users manual. If taking any examinations in HRM you don't need to read any book other than this one - its comprehensive, well structured and concise.

This is a great book especially if you're just starting off on your sheep journey. You could easily manage a flock of 20-30 head within six months of reading this book. Well worth the money - even for the more experienced sheepster, there are sound tips and good advice.
