I recieved this product in a less than satisfactory state. Stitching was undone and the KONG label was coming undone. I contacted seller and KONG directly the seller was less than helpful and told me that if KONG did not reply to me that they would contact them on my behalf, not an utter of a refund or replacement. Wish I hadnt bothered!!
