I bought this book thinking it was mostly dedicated to tips and descriptions of collecting in different areas. The book does do this to some extent, but mostly it is a list of collectible first editions and their valuations. If this is what you are looking for the book is excellent. There is also an excellent glossary of book collecting terms and how to recognise some first editions. However, if you were looking for something that you could actually sit down and read with some enjoyment, long lists of titles are perhaps not the best thing.
