First of all to everybody complaining about advertisements in this book needs to get a grip! Out of about 200 pages there are 5 with adverts on them if you are serious enough to want to change physique why would you care about them in the first place !

So I bought this book because I thought to be honest it wouldn't work and had never realy stuck to a workout plan for more than 2 weeks in the 8 years I have been a gym member. I bought the book and read it a few times before starting it. I started the workouts and followed the diet and honestly felt better after a week. I gave 100% to every rep of every set.
