If like me, you sometimes suffer from a bleak outlook on life then this book will show you there is another way. This is a well written and constructed story that will lift your spirits (ultimately) and illustrate the good that resides in most people even though it is often buried deep and takes a good deal of mining to reach. The main characters are warm and fully developed and placed within a setting that feels very real to the reader through the excellent descriptive skills of this author. So much so that I suggest the 'Cornish Tourist Board' should be pushing this title as part of their 'Visit the South West' tourism plans. If you're a Tranatino fan you need this. As a complimentary part of your collection this book has to be on your shelf. I look forward to further expanded editions of Mr Page's book as Mr Tarantino's legendary film career continues.
