It's a great read if you're truly lost with your journey in life. It's explained very simply and gives you something personal to work towards. It follows pretty much the same routine that all other self help books adopt.
I was introduced to the works of Osho by a YouTube Subscriber called Elliott Hulse. I glad I was because this book is as insightful as ever. Some of the theories explained in this book are incredibly thought provoking and give you a whole new outlook on life. More importantly this helped me to understand how important it is to actively put myself into a meditative state, see things for what they really are, and just escape "reality" from time to time. I wasn't too certain what to expect with this product. I used to suffer from depression some time back but managed to fight through it. Even though I no longer suffer from depression I do occasionally slip back into this negative attitude, so I decided to try these out to balance my emotional state. I wasn't overly satisfied with the results however. After a few days taking them I suppose I could feel something uplifting, but I would honestly put it down to a placebo. Maybe they work differently with different people but for the price I didn't feel any justifiable change.
