5.0 out of 5 stars Underrated FPS!, 15 Jun 2014
I'm not a massive fan of first person shooters. I don't get involved in the pointless rivalries and meaningless discussions about Call of Duty and Battlefield and which is better and which is more innovative and which is more of a corporate sell-out and, and, and...It's just human nature that the more popular a thing becomes, the trendier it becomes to dislike it, as is the case with COD and BF.

In the case of MOH: Warfighter however, the hate seems to stem from a conceited attempt to compare it with COD and BF and to slate it for the things it does which the others 'do better'. "Why bother playing MOH when you can get the same (but better) elsewhere??", "It's been… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Drangleic and beyond, 6 April 2014
Dark Souls II is the sequel to Dark Souls, brought to us by From Software. Dark Souls, released sometime in 2011 has, over the years, gained a well-earned reputation amongst the gaming community as one of the toughest games ever made. Dark Souls II's job as a successor was always going to be difficult, particularly as the original DS has one of the most die-hard and unerring fan-bases ever. This of course bode poorly for the die-hard fans of DS, who revelled in the original's difficulty, subtle… Read more

Go to any search engine on-line and type in "PS3 - most underrated games" and I can almost guarantee you that Spec-Ops: The Line will be on most people's lists. Reviewers in general didn't rate this game too highly and there's one main reason for that. The multi-player is rubbish. The single-player campaign however is great - unfortunately nowadays, the on-line modes always overshadow the main game and account, in my opinion, for way too heavy a percentage of the game's final score. Great game? graphics? story? fun? enjoyable? cool, sounds like an 8/10, but wait, the on-line multi-player is a bit poor so let's give the whole thing 5/10 instead.

Spec Ops: The Line is a 3rd person… Read more
