The Harcombe Diet: The Recipe Book by Zoe Harcombe
5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended, 20 May 2014
Great recipes, easily set out and very readable. It lists what to eat in phase 1, 2 and 3 and has clear advice for each phase. There are sone delicious recipes; I recommend the cock au vin! Recommended for those on the Harcombe diet.

1.0 out of 5 stars Total twaddle, 20 May 2014
What utter rubbish. How to live on 10 a week - ie; take your own lunch to work, go to the library, avoid window shopping. You don't need a book to tell you this surely? I bought the kindle version of this and actually gasped out loud when I realised what a short read this was. Total twaddle. Save your money and use your common sense.
The Unlikely Pilgrimage Of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce
The hype is deserved. This is a wonderful book - the sort of book to get lost in. I cried, I laughed and it made me think for a long time after finishing it. Buy it, you won't regret it I promise.
