Wrapped In Red ~ Kelly Clarkson
Wrapped In Red ~ Kelly Clarkson
Absolutely essential listening for the festive season, with Kelly in her best form, with some well-produced songs. "Underneath the tree" is one of the best tracks, and shows how versatile Kelly can be, and for me, this was one of the best Christmas songs I've heard in many years, and given a first class performance!

5.0 out of 5 stars So memorable!, 3 Sep 2013
This title song by Eydie is one that people remember, because it is so catchy. It's a lively, up-beat song, "Blame it on the Bossa Nova, the dance of love", and one of Eydie's finest recordings, and all of this album is in the same style, with catchy, up-beat songs which Eydie sings to perfection. Despite the passing of time, the Latin feel and Bossa Nova style of this collection remain very listenable.

A more wistful version than Percy Faith's classic, but this is still a great rendition! The theme is more lilting and with vocal harmony , and I do prefer the Percy Faith version.
