Not a picture of me but a picture of fire I took using the Nikon P7000 I got from Amazon. A very good camera.

This is a great book to get away from the rice/pasta with every meal issue. The emals are very well presented and are easy enough to cook. Some of the receipes have cous-cous or pastry which probably are carbs, so it's not 100% carb free but that is ok. I love pastry! My only real criticism is that there are not a huge amount of main courses, when compared to the amount of cakes and desserts. Overall though it is a realy good book, well presented and most importantly the food tastes great!

We've had several of these before from NCT sales and jumble sales so it was nice to try a brand new one. Firstly I seems to suffer from the same problem as many of these projector toys, it just isn't very bright. This is probably due to a bit of health and safety (blinding hazard?) but our ceiling is white. I think in the summer you would definantly need blackout curtaions/blinds for this. You need to get the big fat C type batteries before you can use it. Get rechargables and a battery charger as the costs can add up! The songs are nice. The main benefit of this over similar units is the additon of a remote control so you can put it on without disturbing baby. Bonus! There is also a button… Read more

This is a nice piece of kit, feels nice and the functionality is ok, but there are many weaknesses.

Firstly you need to cut the strap to size, so be very careful although it is easy. I found the display can sometimes be hard to read. Having to buy a very expensive seperate heart rate belt is a bit much when this in itself is so expensive. Battery life is ok, Polar says 5 days which is about right for mine.

I already have recently got the Polar CS500+CAD bike HRM and found it almost impossible to get the data into Strava. It is the same with this. The polar website when you upload your data is ok and quite comprehensive, but not being able to export or integrate with… Read more
