Plenty of useful information but this book is a little out of date as of November 2011. I bought the Kindle version which had a publish date of Jan 2011 however many of the sites and services mentioned are no longer around.
Could fit content into a 3 page Word document I think. Would suggest the author spends more time developing some of their ideas/elaborating on the points. Does supply some good email templates for collecting testimonials though. Focused on online testimonials rather than offline.
