Having watched many horror films and seen "banned" and "controversial" films, I wasn't expecting to be disturbed dramatically by such a impacting book.
Everything is described in great detail the further on you get into the book particularly the "Girls" chapters. I can honestly say I found myself looking away when reading which obviously is pointless as being a book you can't really avoid the horror. I believe this is why the book is so strong and successful. You really agree that he is a psychopath, there's no disagreement unlike 'A Clockwork Orange' which basically leaves readers/viewers in an awkward position: whether they sympathise or are repulsed (or both).

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Wonderful, 23 July 2012
The Hotpots are by far my favourite band - the best band I've seen live & genuinely hilarious comedy. This beer-themed album is possibly one of their best albums yet as the laughs keep coming - no matter how many times you've listened to it. The CAMRA-themed 'The beer festival' is a personal favourite along with fun songs such as 'The Perfect Pint', 'It's the Beer Talking' and the really catchy 'No lock on the door' and 'If I had a tardis'... I could go on! But seriously, at this price, the album is an absoloute bargain & you will not regret it. I also recommend listening to their earlier albums if this is your first encounter!
Les Misérables: Original French Concept Album ~ Claude-Michel Schönberg
5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!, 25 April 2012
This product is terrfic, and perfect for any Les Miserables avid fan.
I say 'avid', as being completely french and not always resembling of the modern, english score, sometimes it's difficult to understand what is going on.
What is brilliant is that this CD comes with a lyric sheet inside, listing the characters. I particularly enjoy trying to sing along :)
