In My Own Words:
As well as a long standing love for Ipswich Town FC, I have a real affection for Soul and Funk music, as you might tell from the reviews I have written - if those reviews have helped spread the word, then I am a happy man. I am also an avid reader, with a bias towards detective/thrillers and historical fiction.

Alafair Burke has a pedigree - her dad is James Lee Burke, one of America's great Detective writers, with his very distinctive style and turn of phrase. While Alafair isn't quite as poetic as her Dad, she has come up with a great character in Ellie Hatcher, for whom this is the 5th book.

With all detective fiction, the challenge is to create great characters, so that a familiar set-up (here, the cold case) isnt the important thing. Ellie Hatcher is one of those characters, a strong and believable female lead as good as any produced by perhaps better known authors.

I got this for my 20 year old son, who likes to cultivate the 3 day stubble look. Reading the "blurb" on the product, this seemed like the ideal shaver for both a first time user and to provide something more than a close shave.

He has never used an electric shaver before, so he has nothing to compare it with, but he is very happy with the result - wet shaving has been abandoned. My only other comment is that it does feel a little bit flimsy, but we'll see.
Ring Automotive RCT3 Glovebox Kit by Ring Automotive
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This should come in handy eventually, as the list of contents is a pretty long one for such a compact case - see other reviews for the full list and you can work out for yourself whether you need one of these. Mine's in the glovebox waiting for me to require the use of a seatbelt cutter, a plaster or a torch.

Mine came through the Vine programme butI certainly wouldn't spend 12 quid on it, as it's most useful quality seems to be that I probably wouldn't have been bothered to put any of these things in the car.
