I bought this game on the strength of the reviews and the grest price. Having played it for only about 3 hours I have to say it is the most boring game I have ever played. I've rounded up cattle and roped horses, but it takes so long you just lose interest. Plus, the endless cut scenes where the characters talk and talk and talk. It looks great, and may get better further in, but I don't think I'll bother finding out. If you like a lot of action in your games, do not buy this one. Like me you'll be disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 stars looks good, 16 Sep 2009
This is a really good-looking controller, and worked great for two weeks. Trouble is it also looks and feels a bit flimsy. After two weeks it just stopped working, and all the pretty lights went out. Worth paying that little bit extra for something more substantial I think.

Stephen King is one of the great story-tellers of the twentieth century, but he has occasionally had difficulties with endings. It was with some trepidation, therefore, that I approached this final volume of the series. Before even starting it I thought "I just hope he doesn't...." But that was exactly what he did. The ending is predictacle and weak. Only slightly better than "and then I woke up. It had all been a dream." Please, if you have enjoyed the first six novels, don't read this one. It will just leave a bad taste in your mouth, and the feeling you have been wasting your time. Better to use your imagination and come up with your own ending.
