Where else could you find poems on "Boobs" and "The Bishop of Bath and Wells" cheek by jowl? Brilliantly quirky and a little bit dark...
Dialogue Activities: Exploring Spoken Interaction &hellip by Nick Bilbrough

What I was hoping for with this book, was a series of dialogues that my students could practise, adapt etc. What I got, was a whole lot of exercises that involved an awful lot of leg work from me! Most of the exercises expect you to find the actual material from elsewhere (which is not what I expect when I spend a large amount on an EFL activity book!)

Where example dialogue is given, it is extremely high level, so that exercises purporting to be for, say, intermediate students, are only accessible to users of pretty advanced English.

A no-nonsense relaxation tool; David Ridgeway's soothing voice and down-to-earth style work wonders.

I would also recommend his 'Sleep Now' CD.
