Tony, what happened? The first few games were about skating with a little mischief thrown in. Now it seems to have all become the sort of adolescent rubbish that 10 year old schoolboys giggle over. "Huh huh, d00d, let's show our skillz to those hot chiks!"
Firstly, what happened to the option to have female skaters? In Story mode, you play 'generic skater guy' who can change his haircut or his clothes. This is the best rap compilation I've seen. A great mix of classics, from Salt n Pepa and the Sugarhill Gang, right through to the best of the recent charts. Warren G and Outkast provide a mellow flow while Run DMC and Public Enemy rock out on the second disc.
This is just in time for Summer too, so you can wind down your sunroof and windows and pump out 'Regulate' or Busta Rhymes. What a great CD. It's hard to say what else they could have put on to improve it.
