I'm quite a fit person and had to stop running at the start of the year. This DVD is great and I find the bottom fit and kick fit the most challenging of all the workouts. The yoga stretch at then end is lovely and the workouts are fun to do.
It's not overly hard and I'm doing the DVD a couple of times a week. You build up a sweat but it won't kill you either. Although after kick fit my legs hurt for a couple of days!
The best bit is the 30 minute workouts, it's easy to do it knowing you'll be done in half an hour.

I bought this book as I'm trying to learn a lot about SQL at th emoment.
I found it very easy to use and it covers all areas from installing SQL, doing simple queries, managing, backing up and maintaining the database.
This book is a very general overview. I would recommend it if you want to learn about all aspects of SQL server but if say you wanted to just learn about one part, you should probably buy a detailed book just covering that topic. All areas are covered but he doesn't delve too deeply into each topic which is perfect for a general knowledge of the whole area
