Simply the best album of 2008, 27 Jul 2008

This is the absolute must have album of 2008. In his follow up to his debut album Chariot, Gavin does it again, with his catchy rock/pop songs, starting off with his US single 'In Love With A Girl', but there is no duff songs on this album, and my personal fave 'We Belong Together' (just play this to your loved one !!).

I've been lucky to have this album for the last couple of month's (brought the US version via Amazon.com), and it's been virtually non-stop on my Walkman !!!

Sweet Chariot !!!, 8 Oct 2005

I buy a lot of music, but this album just blew me away. From the opening of 'Follow Through' and the title track of 'Chariot' to my personal fave 'Get Lost', this album is sheer quality, and the best thing about it is that there is an extra CD 'Stripped' of virtually the whole album acoustic.

And yet I haven't mentioned the excellent 'Crush' and 'I Don't Wanna Be'. In fact, there are no duff tracks on this album.

This album is definately a 'Sweet Chariot'!!

Buy it....You won't be disappointed !!

One of the pop albums of the year !!, 31 May 2003

This album will go down as one of the best albums of the year, and it has come from the first American Idol winner in the US.

The album is a mix of pop and R'n'B music, and it is superb. There are stand out tracks, which are 'Miss Independent' (soon to be the first single released in the UK),'You Thought Wrong' (a duet with American Idol finalist Tamyra Gray), 'Thankful', 'Anytime',and the US no.1 double A-sided single of 'A Moment Like This/Before Your Love'.

'A Moment Like This' is one of the best ballad pop songs I have heard in a long time, and one thing Kelly is very good at, is how to sing a ballad. There is a few slow tracks on this album, but this album doesn't disappoint… Read more
