I train at a club two or three times a week and wanted a resource to guide my training at home. This book is perfect, laying out routines for skill development, flexibility and strength. The interviews and discussions with thai fighters and coaches are also very interesting. A really good book.
Wisdom literature as a genre can be really quite impenetrable. Sanders' book is an excellent antidote, introducing different facets of the well-lived life in small, easy to read chapters and inspiring both thought and further study.
