Grammar Rules: Writing with military precision by Craig Shrives
This book is great for dipping in and out of- it's nicely laid out and has a user guide at the beginning as well as a thorough index at the back. It's very clear and informatively written, giving examples in the context of sentences along with easy to understand explanations of what not to do and where people go wrong. By giving me a greater understanding of grammar it's made me much more confident when writing, a great book for all ages and abilities. Highly recommend.
LEGO Movie Pocket Notebook Pants by LEGO
5.0 out of 5 stars Where are my pants?!!, 26 Jun 2014
I saw the Lego Movie and the pants guy was one of my favourite bits of the film, I didn't have huge expectations for this notepad but when it arrived I was really impressed- it's much thicker than I expected about 2.5cm/1 inch. A lovely addition to my desk as it makes me smile every time I see it! Would definitely recommend.
Austin Allegro: An Enthusiast's Guide by Ben Wanklyn

As the title suggests this is a fabulous and nostalgic view of a car that is largely ridiculed (square steering wheel anyone?) however it is written in a friendly and informative way with interesting facts. I particularly liked the sectioned layout, which takes you from the early origins all the way through to buying one in the present day. Ideal for casual interest or more serious perusers, there's a wealth of pictures and thoroughly researched information including technical specifications. Would make a great gift, overall I'm thrilled with my copy!
