Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox: How a Little-K&hellip by Kate Rheaume-Bleue
Real understandable publicly accessible information which also has scientific backing and extensive references for further study. A very difficult balance to achieve in the alternative medicine field which is a very rare thing.

I will be buying the paper version for friends who don't have Kindles.
Co-ed Naked Philosophy by Will Forest
Co-ed Naked Philosophy by Will Forest
A serious philosophical look at the whole range of the clothing optional and naktive movement which still manages to be a readable novel. Total fantasy of course but very enjoyable for all that.

The idea of 'corperal freedom' the freedom to be naked is a great opening for naturism to get away from the closet of the private club.
Vitamin D Revolution by Soram Khalsa
Vitamin D Revolution by Soram Khalsa
Similar material to 'Power of Vitamin D' and 'Miraculous Mesults'. So I would call this book good but not great. As I had just read the other two I felt a bit overloaded by a third one and found I was revisiting material too often and only skimmed parts of it. If I had come to it first perhaps I would have been more enthused.
