Up In Heaven by Emma Chichester Clark
Up In Heaven by Emma Chichester Clark
I bought this book for my 6 year old and another book for my 8 year old after they lost a dear relative. I would say this book is spot on for younger children and would recommend it for up to 7 year olds.

It focuses on a dog that was very old so went to heaven. It shows the dog being happy and having fun and keeping an eye on the little boy in the book and eventually sending him dreams of puppies so that he wants to go and buy one.

This is spot on for my child and I'm very glad I bought it, I only wish I'd bought it a couple of years ago when our cat died. This book will help with pet loss or the death of a person for younger children. It doesn't mention funerals… Read more

We recently lost an aunt who was very much like a grandmother to my children and they have been quite upset and asking lots of questions. I think this will help my child a lot and I… Read more

We have a green one and a red one and they're great. Fantastic quality and after 6 months all stickers still as good as new (I handwash the boxes so not sure about dishwasher). All the kids and mums think they're really cool and ask where we got them, they've saved me a fortune on drinks cartons and individually wrapped items at the supermarket and they don't smell like lunch bags. Best lunch box we've ever had, we thoroughly recommend them
