Excellent for the price., 16 May 2013

After fair bit of research looking at the usual suspects (Focusrite, Alesis I/O, etc) I plumbed for the EIE after reading a good thread on the Audiobus forum about it's connectivity with the iPad (http://forum.audiob.us/discussion/490/recommend-an-interface/p1). The EIE pro doesn't allow the iPad connection through the cck in the same way so it put that model out of contention.

And it's great , allowing me to integrate my iPad apps with other instruments. With its is 4 in 4 out, with pre A/D inserts on inputs a DIN midi in/out, and a 3 port powered USB hub built in, it has a lot of options at the price. i found the story and the central themes and characters captivating and charming could understand if some find it too geeky but i guess you either geek or you dont

It kills flies (and wasps), it looks good (for a flyswatter) it does sometimes fall over but hey - everyones happy (cept for the flies of course).
