For anyone who has prayed for "the answer", look no further! If youve ever wished that you could swap minds with someone who eats normally and has a healthy relationship with food, then do not read another dieting book without reading this first. I highly recommend it.
My weight has fluctuated between 15 stone and 25 stone and I have never been thin. I have undergone unsuccessful weightloss surgery twice and at 44 I had almost given up hope, believing that "this" is my destiny, being disgustingly fat, depressed and lifeless. I am slowly working my way through this book. It is really tough going. Anne seems to know everything that I have gone through in my life. I have always known that my out of control eating was a result of emotional issues and its reassuring to know that I am in fact quite normal. I hope by the end that my healing has begun.
