I've done a load of running over the years (fell marathons, several halves (PB 1.24), one actual marathon (3.14) and not least 9 years in the Army).

Doesn't spray more than 18 inches outwards...my water pressure isn't great, but it's not that tragic either! Not impressed. Better off just swishing the hose around.
