After studying this and the accompanying Life in the United Kingdom: a guide for new residents, I easily passed the Life in the UK test.
Official Practice Questions and Answers is essential as it is good way to test that you've memorised the correct answers to the questions. However the questions in the book are not the questions used on the real test.
The books and the test have a Conservative Party bias. For example there are large sections devoted to WW1 and WW2 but no mention of the trade union movement and the rise of the Labour part.

Very fast, especially on computers with USB 3.
We have 3 of these. They are faster than most pen drives even on computers with USB 2. I use them at work to transfer thousands of small files. I use them at home to transfer large ~2gb files. Can be 5 or 10 minutes faster than an inexpensive slow memory stick.
Far more rugged than most memory sticks. Corsair Flash Voyagers are water resistant but NOT water proof. We've put a few of the blue ones through the laundry. Sometimes they survive and sometimes they don't.
The rubber casing is large. May not fit in very tight locations where a normal sized memory stick will work.

With my 200mm F4 AI-S the image is very bright. Almost too bright on a sunny day. Unfortunately the adapter doesn't allow the lens to stop down. The removable tripod adapter is sturdy enough for the 200mm F4 AI-S. It might not be strong enough for the older, heavier non-AI 200mm Nikkor.
Overall the 200mm F4 makes a very versatile 20x spotting scope.
20x isn't enough for most of what we use a spotting scope for, so most of the… Read more
