In My Own Words:
I have wide ranging, eclectic tastes in fiction. I'll try anything. Doesn't mean I like everything I try, but I'm willing to think outside the box.

I love this handy little device. At the moment I have mainly used it to put music on to listen to another device in the house, and photos on my Nexus and Android phone, but that already shows its versatility. The only thing I would say is be clear on how much memory you need. If it's for photos, 16g soon fills up.

It's a useful product to have in one's bag as an emergency backup. As others have said, the information that comes with it is not all that clear. It can read as if the blue light shows when it's fully charged which certainly isn't the case. It has a good, solid feel in the hand and it gives the impression of being robust. I thought the end with the USB connector might be better with a protective cover on it though. It is a little slow to charge, but all in all, it's a sight better than being caught in the middle of nowhere without access to an ability to recharge. Treat it like you would a top up gallon can for your car rather than an everyday necessity.

I'm fortunate to work from home and to have an allotment garden, so it's great going out, picking the produce when it's on the list and assembling up delicious salads. The front of the book explains the principles of assembling a salad so if you don't have the ingredients for one of the set recipes you have a base plan to invent your own. Even within the given recipes themselves, versatile alternatives are suggested. This book will join the rarefied few on my cookery bible… Read more
