Plot: nothing new but enjoyable. I liked how the protagonist character develops from a go-getter to becoming more self-aware, sensitive to others and mature

Romance: but seemed rushed. I think it would have been better if the characters got to know each other before they started dating and became a couple.

Characters: heroine is very womanly (curvy, feisty, intelligent and aggressive). Hero is ALPHA - hence the combination creates explosive bedroom scenes

This was a "sweet" romance – was ok. I liked the development between the sisters rather than the romance, however, the protagonist's did act the victim way too many times. There were many immature irrational moments

However, it's worth reading and over all enjoyable.

Chemistry: ok – too "instantaneous" – would improve if there as more of a build-up.

Romance: sweet (bedroom scenes that wasn't required – I skipped most)

Characters: ok – I like that the heroine has lived in France and is very cultural while the male character is a solid believable type – not the clichéd Super hero or ubiquitous billionaire

Plot – not… Read more

This is ok. Some of it is rather naff. Hopefully improves

I think this book would've worked better if:
(a) Zeth was a Russian gangster (to give him an edge) – he's far too childish and frivolous
(b) wasn't a instantaneous attraction thingy– more of a build-up – some depth
(c) Zeth's knife fetish is camp
(d) plot had far too many holes
(e) it abruptly ended with not much going on

Positives –
(1) heroine is a doctor – how brilliant is that – well done author – a woman with brains and determination.
(2) interesting subplots
(3) no superficial shopping mad nonsense – heroine is the serious type.

Sometimes it… Read more
