Although you would expect that a book on TA written by experts would not be understood by laymen, this is well laid out and the reader is able to move to chapters of interest rather than having to read from cover to cover. I particularly found the chapter on drivers and ego states to be very relevant for self analysis and also useful in business and personal relationships.
I loved this book. A short and easy read, not about the technical aspects of climbing but about human frailty, courage and what ordinary people can achieve when focused on a goal. Loved the warmth that ran through the book, about family, fears , aspirations and in the end achievement! A true motivational story for all age groups!
