Every time this goes on, when we have guests around, they say "this sounds fantastic, what is it?" and what is even better, it just improves with every listen. Several tracks would work in a club but the best way to listen to it is on your own when you have some time to listen properly.
A unique album, I'm trying to think of more mainstream references than other reviews - how about a (much) darker Pet Shop Boys combined with Depeche Mode and washed through 'Plastic Letters' era Blondie?
