Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression by Jon Kabat-Zinn

This book has provided friendly, but academically rigorous, guidance on delivering the NICE recommended Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy course. Teaching points for each week are clearly explained with examples of how these may arise in the course of the group reflections during the sessions. There is extra guidance in this edition on the skill of Enquiry, and on the All-Day Session during the course, so it is well worth buying as an update to the first edition. Rich in depth and detail.

Love these meditations - JKZ leads with such authenticity. There are, however some quite long pools of silence in some of the meditations which is good to be aware of before you start, lest you think the recording has suddenly stopped!
