This is a good way to walk in order to use more muscles than just putting one foot in front of the other. Leslie is bright and encouraging; her American accent is less annoying than some but mostly I just turn the sound off! Only quibble: the special stomach exercise is at the end of the 3rd mile and can't be watched separately so you can't for example follow miles 1 and 2 then do that.
